The Rodriguez Family papers fall into three distinct categories. The first contains individual family members’ records, correspondence, and employee information. The second category highlights property records, primarily with the Huntington Land and Improvement Company. The third section is miscellaneous documentation detailing specific travel information mainly from Arizona to California. The collection is divided into three series: Personal Family Records (1914-1955), Property Records (1913-1936), and Miscellaneous Records (1917-1922).
Series I, Personal Family Records, consists of correspondence, employee benefit information, certificates, citizenship papers, union membership, and pay rate documentation. The family members included in this section are Anselmo, Blandina, Carmel, Felipe, Juan Martin, and Valentin Rodriguez. The files are arranged in alphabetical order by name as listed above.
Series II, Property Records, consists of property agreements, receipts, and payment records. This section contains a personal agreement between Felipe Rodriguez and Jubencio Guerrero, dated 1913 Jul 25, and primarily focuses on receipts between the family and Huntington Land and Improvement Company. The files are arranged in alphabetical order by title.
Series III, Miscellaneous Records, contains two folders detailing with the family's travel expenses from Arizona to California area. This section is arranged alphabetically by category.
