Scope and Contents
The Bob de Vries Collection contains items collected by de Vries related to his experiences in China, including newspaper and magazine pictorials of Shanghai, photocopied photographs of the Chapei camp with captions, a story with accompanying photographs written by De Vries about his father and race relations in China in the 1930s, a poster and VHS recording from an Old China Hands and former camp inmates reunion in 1990, and photographs of Norwegians and others in Shanghai.
