Sally Brenneman Early Birds Collection
Abstract
The Sally Brenneman Early Birds Collection consists primarily of several "Executive Binders" belonging to club presidents of the Early Birds, an unofficial social organization on the campus of California State University, Northridge. Also present are several files that appear to be disassembled executive binders filed by the function of material (i.e. correspondence, membership, treasurer's reports, etc). The organization began in the early days of the San Fernando Valley State College campus with membership consisting of office secretaries. The Early Birds continued to grow until its members agreed to limit the group's size, at which time it was decided that new members would be invited to join only when a member decided to leave the group.
