Scope and Contents

The Album Cartes Postales includes French art postcards from 1908-1911. It also includes some portraits of authors and statesmen printed by Perry Pictures, Boston (1899-1907). Images on postcards include sculptures, works of art on paper, and some landscape and architecture scenes. There are also a small number of Russian postcards. Most postcards were not mailed. At the end of the album there is one photograph of a woman with a child and teddy bear.
