Gloria Watson Curtis Kliene Collection
Gloria Watson Curtis Kliene was a British national born and raised in Shanghai, China. During World War II Gloria and her family were interned by the Japanese at the Yu Yuen Road Camp and the Yangtzepoo Camp from February 1943 until April 1945. The collection consists of materials related to Gloria's life in Shanghai, such as identification documents, internment notices, and personal mementos.

The Captain Alv Kulstad and George Kulstad Collection contains correspondence, 3D objects, monographs, serials, ephemera, and research materials related to the maritime career of Peter Alv Kulstad and the lives of his wife Helen (Nellie Thomas) Kulstad and children George Kulstad and Olav E. Kulstad in Shanghai in the first half of the 20th century. The bulk of the materials date from 1920-1949.

In 1985 Los Angeles born and based photographer Claudia Kunin conducted a photoshoot for Valley Magazine with local historian and civic leader Catherine Mulholland. This collection consists entirely of the prints, negatives, and the magazine article in which one of the images was printed.

This collection consists of a dozen black and white photographic prints taken of various locations in Mexico by the La Rochester photography agency in the early 20th century. It includes interior and exterior shots of Tepozotlan, an interior shot of a church, a pyramid, a volcano, the Bosque de Chapultepec, and other sites around Mexico City.
David LaBriere Freedom Rally Photograph Collection
In May 1963, David LaBriere was a white college student from Ohio visiting Los Angeles. On May 26, he attended and photographed the Freedom Rally, a large civil rights rally and fundraising event, at Wrigley Field in South-Central L.A. The collection contains 14 slides and 10 images from 35mm negative film.
