Agnes Gunirlle lived in Mondamin, Iowa. In 1938 she and her husband, Winston, moved to the Los Angeles area of California. This “Line-A-Day” five-year diary documents Agnes Gunirlle’s daily life from 1938 to 1941. The title page shows Gunirlle’s intention for the diary to be used from 1938 though 1942, but the entries date no later than 1941.
